PURPOSE: A toothbrush with toothpaste is provided to carry it with ease and use it during trips or at office or school by making a toothpaste of a toothpaste storage tube(20) easily extruded even with a small force pressing a horizontal push button. CONSTITUTION: To the top of a toothpaste storage tube(20) having a piston(23) disposed to the inside and a bottom stopper(21) with a perforated hole coupled to the bottom, a toothbrush bar(10) is coupled, the toothbrush bar(10) having a toothbrush(17), a toothpaste discharge port(16), a push device with a horizontal push button(13a) and a pump assay(30) with a housing(31) all disposed in a downward order and performing a pumping operation by the push device.
