PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing supporting ribs is provided to manufacture accurate supporting ribs at low cost by automating the production process of the supporting ribs from supplying of wire rod to completion of the supporting ribs. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a wire rod supply part(20) in which rotation frame(202) is installed on pillow block(201), and wire rod bobbin is mounted on the rotation frame(202) so that wire rod is unwound to be supplied to the straight line supplier as the wire rod bobbin is being driven when pulling end of the wire rod to the outside; a straight line supplier(10) in which wire rod injection part(101) and wire rod discharge part(102) formed of a pair of rollers are mounted at both sides of installation stand, driving gear(102c) of the side of the wire rod discharge part is connected to driving gear(101d) of motor(101c) by chain belt(101e), driving gear(101f) of the side of the wire rod injection part(101) is connected to connection gear(102d) of the wire rod discharge part(102) by chain belt(104) so that the wire rod injection part(101) and wire rod discharge part(102) are rotated in the same direction, a plural rotation cans(103) are mounted between the wire rod injection part(101) and wire rod discharge part(102) in such a way that the plural rotation cans(103) are connected to motor(103c) equipped with electronic brake(103d) by belt(103e), and the wire rod is straightened between the rotation cans(103) and rotation shaft(103a) through rotation can on which electronic brake is mounted; a cutter(30) which is mounted on outer supporting plate(301) of the straight line supplier(10), on which cutting knife(305) is mounted to cut the wire rod passing through a through hole part(314), and in which operation cam(304) is installed on the cutting knife(305) to cut the wire rod with the operation cam(304) being linked with contact sensor mounted on wire rod supply groove(602) of the forming part; and a forming part in which forming machines comprising bending machine, rotational shaft rod and shaft rod are arranged.
