PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing glutinous rice cracker frizzled in oil using fruits. The manufactured cracker contains natural vitamins, colors and tastes peculiar to fruits, and boosts one's appetite. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing glutinous rice cracker frizzled in oil using fruits comprises the steps of: roasting ingredients at 100-150 deg.C; mixing the roasted ingredients with a mixture of fruit juice and sugar syrup at 100-150 deg.C; rolling the mixture and cutting it into a desired size; and drying the cut pieces at normal temperature.
