摘要	A solar powered floating light includes a source of light 1, a photovoltaic cell 3 a battery cell (7, fig 3) and an aid to buoyancy 4. There may also be mirrors 6 or some other reflecting device scattering the light to add aesthetic value. The light can have filters 2 to produce different colours or different colour combinations. Also they may be set to produce a twinkling effect in the water and to switch on during darkness and off during the day.
