PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish operations for inserting therapy accessory or supplying fluids into a lumen at separate parts from an endoscope by separating a path formation member, provided on an endoscope cover into which is inserted the insertion tube of the endoscope, from the body operation part of the endoscope. SOLUTION: A flexible tube 28 connected to the tip body 21 of the endoscope cover 20 is arranged so as to have the other end thereof to which is connected with a therapy accessory guiding member 29 detachably mounted on a holder 38 provided at a lock part 23 and a suction valve 39 detachably fixed on the body operation part 2 of the endoscope 1 is connected to a suction tube 35 connected to the therapy accessory guiding member 29 with a sucker 46. Furthermore, the second suction tube 45 is connected to the suction tube 35 from the suction valve 39 and the other end of the second suction tube 45 is connected to a connection pipe 48 detachably fixed on a mounting part 9 provided on a side part of the body operation part 2 of the endoscope 1.
