A guide structure (1) has a U-shaped cross-section having grooves (11) at the bottom inside of the U shape and grooves (12) at an inner wall of each side of the U shape. An actuator provides a table (2) with power for moving. Steel balls (8) set between the corresponding grooves of the guide structure and table roll within circulating holes (21,22), enabling the table to slide along the guide structure.
