Laminated plastics sheet material, with fiber reinforcement, is shaped in a mold with a woven fiber fabric or a fiber mat, to be covered with a resin mixture and be bonded together with a film layer. To produce a laminated plastics sheet, with fiber reinforcement, the fibers are laid as a woven fabric (1a) and/or a mat (1b) in a resin mixture. The resin is composed of polyester resin (2a), styrene (2b) and a hardener (2c). The resin and fibers are laid in a mold (6) to harden into a laminate (5a) with shape stability. During the lamination, a film (4) of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is durably bonded with the laminate but does not adhere to the mold, to prevent the fibers loosening with age or yellowing of the laminate through weather and also protects the surface of the laminate. The material is set by light (3) and/or heat.
