<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize rapid production by considering production capacity so as to satisfy production request of made-to-order products. <P>SOLUTION: When the respective total production quantities of shifts (N+1-shift and N+2-shift) in a predetermined operating period in the vicinity of a fixed shift (N-shift) is equal to or less than a predetermined first quantity maby (that may be set to nearly zero) equal to or less than the maximum production quantity as an order-receiving situation of products A and B, the number of orders in the vicinity of the fixed shift is too small to affect production plans for successive shifts by leveling, so that the leveling for this element is prohibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
