<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sound volume of the collision sound of a drum head and a snare by increasing the amount of contact between the drum head and the snare without increasing the number of pieces of the snares themselves and prolonging the length thereof and to obtain damping effects different for every contact point. <P>SOLUTION: The snare 10 for drum is constituted of a plurality of snares 11 consisting of a plurality of fine wires.
