<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production control system used for deciding accurate estimated demand without degrading a facilities operation rate or production efficiency by reducing the number of setup changes and the load of facilities. <P>SOLUTION: This production control system is composed of an input means for inputting data such as delivery information and fixed order information, a display device for displaying the data, a memory device for storing the data, and a calculation device for setting a fixed order estimation rate of an order- receiving pattern of the fixed orders for each item number from the stored data.
