HEAT EXCHANGER AND FAN UNIT ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and fan unit assembly is provided to reduce manpower and manufacturing cost without designing an existing radiator again and be capable of applying the usual radiator by having a structure for mounting a fan unit to a bracket after brazing and welding separate bracket to the front or the rear of the radiator being a kind of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger and fan unit assembly comprises a heat exchanger(10) including upper and lower headers(11,11a), upper and lower tanks(12,12a) combined with the headers to form a heat-exchanging medium passage, a plurality of tubes(13) arranged between the headers, and a cooling fin(14) arranged between the tubes; a fan(22) mounted to a rotary shaft(21a) of a motor(21); and a fan unit(20) combined to the heat exchanger by a combining device(30). The combining device comprises a plate-shaped bracket(31) fused and fixed to a front side of the heat exchanger by a brazing method and the bracket having a plurality of motor combining parts separated at regular intervals to combine with an outer peripheral surface of the motor.
