<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting driving of a head of an inkjet recorder that can efficiently correct an ejection timing of each nozzle array based on a printed result of an inspection pattern in an inkjet recorder wherein a nozzle array for performing one line of printing is divided into a plurality of nozzle arrays to be arranged. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of correcting the driving of the head of the inkjet recorder 1, a plurality of nozzle array groups 50 are mounted on a head unit 21 by being provided on the inkjet head 43. The method comprises a first correction process for correcting the ejection timing of each nozzle array in a reference divisional nozzle array group 51 and a second correction process for correcting the ejection timings of all the nozzle arrays in adjustment divisional nozzle array groups such that the reference divisional nozzle array group 51 and inspection patterns printed by each of nozzle arrays of adjustment divisional nozzle array groups 52-54 are matched with each other after the first process is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
