<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house an injector needle in a cover by safe and simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A cover for covering at least the distal end area of the needle of an injector consists of; a base 1 fixed to the syringe of the injector or fitted in and held by the syringe in an attachable and detachable manner; and a cover body 2 with a recessed space 2a which is connected to this base 1 via a hinge (h) in a swingable manner and which covers and hides at least the distal end area of the needle by pulling up it. The cover body 2 is provided with a pair of lids 3 and 4 which are held in a state where they can be folded back respectively along the mutually facing edges of the space 2. The lids 3 and 4 are folded back in a state where the needle is stored, and their distal end parts are matched to each other to clog the space 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
