PURPOSE: A forming device of tube for vehicles is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying sorts of jig used when forming the tube mounted on various hydraulic lines of vehicles and improve productivity by reducing man-hour. CONSTITUTION: In a forming device of tube for vehicles comprising tube forming jig for expanding diameter of the tube as an end of the piston(28) is being inserted into the inside of an one end of the tube when a piston(28) straightly reciprocated using hydraulic pressure is mounted on the tube forming jig, and a tube bending jig for bending an one end of the tube including the connector to a certain angle after connector is inserted into and connected to the diameter expanded tube, the forming device of tube for vehicles is characterized in that the outer circumferential surface of an end of the piston(28) is formed in an inclination plane (R) in such a way that the piston is inserted into the tube irrespective of diameter of the tube, and a tube bending groove is formed on one surface of the tube bending jig to prevent the tube from being interfered with the tube bending jig when a certain part of the tube including the connector is bent, wherein an end of the piston(28) is formed in a conical shape by the inclination plane (R), wherein the inclination plane (R) is formed in such a way that an angle (&thgr;2) between the oppositely directed surfaces forms an angle of 90 degrees as oppositely directed surfaces are being formed in the same inclination angle centering around a longitudinal central line (C) of the piston(28), and wherein the connector is inserted into the tube bending groove according to a bending angle of the tube.
