<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting tool for serving an electromagnetically heated food serving electromagnetically heated drink and food by using a cheap tableware. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting tool for serving an electromagnetically heated food 30, for example, used when electromagnetically cooking and serving Chinese noodle put in a porcelain bowl 20, includes a disk-shaped heating member 32 made of iron generating heat by the application of electromagnetic wave. A belt-shaped handle member 36 is formed so as to extend from the end of the heating member 32. When cooking the Chinese noodle by electromagnetic heating, the heating member 32 is put in the porcelain bowl 20, and the top end of the handle member 36 is located at the outside of the porcelain bowl 20.
