PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water replenishing device of a battery preventing the excessive replenishing of water. SOLUTION: A water replenishing pump 11 is made operable with an electric motor 13 through a magnet switch 18 and a timer switch 20 when a battery 1 is charged, and the frequency of water replenishing is thinned in at least two times of charging with a counter switch 22 operated with a counter circuit 23 so that the water replenishing pump 11 is not continuously operated in every charging.
