<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device for vehicles that does not bring about an environmental problem when disposing. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This is a power source device for vehicles having a component made of plastics in which the plastics is constructed of a decomposable plastic. (2) The separator of the fuel cell is a component made of plastics. (3) The battery case of the secondary battery is a component made of plastics. (4) The decomposable plastics has conductivity as well.
