<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire excellent quality of a reproduction signal by suppressing dispersion in conditions such as ambient temperature giving effects on recording of trial write data. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of recording data at a low ambient temperature of the optical disk recording apparatus, when the data are immediately reproduced just after the recording, a value β becomes greater, the recording laser power is small through the setting of a target value β, resulting in deteriorating the quality of a reproduction signal of the recording data. On the other hand, when the recorded data are reproduced after a lapse of a prescribed time after the recording of data, the value β reaches a proper value. When the recording laser power is set in matching with the target value β, the data can be recorded with an optimum recording laser power, resulting in obtaining data with proper quality of the reproduction signal. Thus, the optical disk recording apparatus of this invention reproduces data in a lapse of a prescribed wait time after recording of the data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
