<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing site and a mobile viewing device which realize reserved video recording of a program broadcasting a race interlocking with that race betting is performed through network connection. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile viewing device 2 can access the site 14 by a radio network connection function and the site 14 receives betting information through the Internet 13 to impart purchase effect of a race betting ticket and sends program information needed to receive a broadcast program of a race to be betted for to the mobile viewing device 2.
