PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation convenience of communication equipment by making it possible to manage telephone number information obtained by taking into consideration a time series connection frequency in the communication equipment and facilitating work for deleting the telephone number information. SOLUTION: A function information selecting means 17 selects prescribed function information, and an arithmetic means 21 uses the selected function information and calculates a time series weighted value about calling history information or incoming history information on the basis of the calling/incoming time information of the calling/ incoming history information. The weighted value is added for each telephone number information or mail address information, and an order for deleting the telephone number information, mail address information, etc., of opposite communication parties in the communication equipment is determined on the basis of the magnitude of an addition result. A counting means is used to be able to quickly perform an arithmetic operation by counting the time of calling times and the number of incoming calls, for example, a day and subsequently calculating a product of the weighted values.
