摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sinter a copper-based bearing material with an adequate thermal efficiency, when manufacturing the sintered material. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is characterized by arranging a microwave oscillating device 10 for irradiating a Cu alloy powder 12 to be sintered with a microwave, along with a resistive heating device and/or a high- frequency induction heating device for heating an atmosphere in a furnace, as heat sources of a sintering furnace 2.
