<p>The invention relates to medicine and medical instrumentation, namely to a method for optical diagnosis of physiological and pathophysiological state of biological tissues, and also to medical diagnostic equipment for carrying out said method. Said equipment is used for noninvasive (non-destructive, life-time) control and monitoring of the clinical state of human tissues. Said invention is based on methods for receiving information by irradiating the studied part of a tissue with the aid of sources of laser or narrow-band light-emitting diode radiation which have different wave length, power, polarisation and other physical parameters of a beam lighting the tissue. Said methods are followed by a frequency-spectral and/or amplitude-spectral analysis of the parameters of secondary radiation coming up from the tissue (reflected, scattering, induced, excited, background and other radiation).</p> |
