PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member inspection device which can measure the amount of absorbed ultraviolet light by ultraviolet absorber coating by reducing influence of surface reflection. SOLUTION: The member inspection device comprises a light source 3 which irradiates ultraviolet to a member 4 which can absorb ultraviolet, and an ultraviolet camera 2 which measures brightness of reflected ultraviolet. The light source 3 and the ultraviolet camera 2 are located such that the angle of regular reflection light 21 which is the ultraviolet irradiated from the light source 3 and reflected by the member 4 and an optical axis 22 of the ultraviolet camera becomes not less thanαdegree. The certain angleαis the angle such that the regular reflection light does not enter to the camera, and it is preferred to be from 60 to 120 degree. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
