PURPOSE: A manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a sweating bath, an open bath and activated charcoal using waste heat of a charcoal kiln are provided, which are characterized by making it possible to save energy. CONSTITUTION: The method of the sweating bath is as follows: opening a fuel-intake switching device(2), so putting flames in a flue of a hypocaust directly. The method of the open bath, hot water and heating is as follows: carbonizing the whole charcoal kiln at 600deg.C for one week before opening the fuel-intake switching device(2); and circulating water through a copper pipe installed on an inner wall of the charcoal kiln on coil type to get hot water. The manufacturing method of steam is as follows: decreasing the water level of the copper pipe, and raising temperature rapidly after carbonizing.
