<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is actually very difficult to add braille information due to difficulties of braille translation and the labor and cost of braille print although braille print is required to provide a visually handicapped person with information similar to that for a non-handicapped person. <P>SOLUTION: Character data in recording data is translated into braille data before being transmitted to a recorder and the recorder performs formation of braille and normal recording operation on one path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
