PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas permeable body weight distribution type bed which has excellent gas permeability and disperses body weight during sleeping, and exhibits sufficient body weight dispersing function without use of a conventional rubber mattress or a spring mattress. SOLUTION: This bed is formed in a way that a floor plate is laid between the upper parts of left and right receiving crosspieces provided along the inner surfaces of left and right side plates of a bed.
