FIELD: mining industry, more specifically, gas-separating and filtering devices; applicable in mechanized recovery of oil with high gas factor and high content of mechanical impurities. SUBSTANCE: device consists of concentrically located external, two intermediate and internal pipes and worm, tangential branch pipes for swirling of incoming formation fluid, circular plug installed between intermediate pipes interconnected by branch pipes for passing of fluid purified from gas and mechanical impurities. Internal intermediate pipe has plugs from atop and bottom. Worm is made in form of filtering screen and fastened to internal pipe having slotted tangential holes located at angle in direction opposite to fluid flow for removal of gas to annular space. EFFECT: increased separation efficiency of recovered production and withdrawal of separated gas to annular space. 5 dwg |
