The arrangement includes a satellite placed in peri-solar orbit or circum-solar orbit, to intercept solar radiation before it is dispersed by the earth's atmosphere, from a distance sufficient for preventing damage to its proper functioning of the on-board equipment, this satellite having equipment for ensuring the transformation of solar radiation intercepted, into electrical power, and transmitting it to a geo-synchronous orbiting satellite. There are lasers supplying ions distributed by the sun to areas of different time zones in order to establish a permanent contact for all the hours of the day, with the interception satellite. There is a geo-stationary satellite called re-orientation satellite whose use is to orient the energy transmitted by the interception satellite towards the receiving station and distributing this, to the maximum advantage. There is also a unit for receiving the energy transmitted by the two satellites, and distributing it to industrial or domestic sectors.
