PURPOSE: A case of an overcurrent relay is provided to reduce costs by reducing parts count and assembly process, while preventing an interference between the substrate and case and allowing for ease of maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A case comprises an upper case(21) and a rear case. The upper case has a rear surface on which a plurality of coupling protrusions for assembly with a rear case are formed, and a front surface on which function buttons(22) and connectors(23) are mounted. The rear case has a plurality of hook pieces, grooves formed at the positions opposed to the positions of the hook pieces, and support rods so as to fix a plurality of substrates.
