PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially producing calcium L-aspartate having a prescribed quality with a high purity usable as a medicine. SOLUTION: The method for producing the crystalline calcium L-aspartate involves adding a hydrophilic organic solvent or a mixed solvent of the hydrophilic organic solvent with water to an aqueous solution of the calcium L-aspartate.
