PURPOSE: A notebook computer is provided to mount a cooling device capable of effectively emitting heats generated in the notebook computer. CONSTITUTION: A heat and electric conductive shield plate(110) is mounted at the bottom of an inner surface of a base for blocking an electromagnetic wave and radiation. An insulation film is located between the shield plate(110) and a main board and forms an insulation layer. The shield plate(110) is located between the bottom of the lower case and the main board. The shield plate(110) reaches to the cooling device. Thus, the shield plate(110) receives and radiates heat of the cooling device which radiates heat created in a CPU mounted in the main board. An air path(111) is formed in the shield plate(110) for a smooth flow of air being flowed through an air inlet formed at the lower case of the base.
