PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering an e-CRM(Customer Relationship Management) service using fortune information are provided to extract the fortune information by using a fortune information extracting engine, and to automatically offer the customized advertisement fit to the fortune information to each member through an instant messenger. CONSTITUTION: The instant messenger(201) includes a web messenger operated on the web and a mobile messenger operated on the wireless Internet. If a user executes the messenger, a user ID is transferred to a messenger server(204). After confirming the user information stored in a user database(205), the messenger server(204) extracts the fortune information of the user by using the fortune information extracting engine(208). The extracted information is coded and stored in a fortune information database(206). An advertisement matching engine(209) matches the fortune information with the advertisement stored in an advertisement database(207). The messenger server(204) automatically pushes the fortune information and the customized advertisement to a main window of the messenger through a push engine.
