<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a two-way communication between a company and a consumer via a one-way advertisement by managing and operating a mass media advertisement that is a one-way information transfer means with relating a Web site that is a two-way information transfer means. <P>SOLUTION: URL information, information on expiration date and title information of URL are inserted into the advertisement by mass media and transmitted at once. The URL information, information on expiration date and title information are received by a receiving side at the same time as receiving the advertisement and stored in an external storage.
