<p>A disk drive device, wherein the inclination of a guide member relative to the rotating reference plane of a disk rotating table is adjusted by an external reference method for vertically adjusting the inner peripheral end of a disk with reference to the outer peripheral end thereof, the specified range of the vertical deflection amount of the outer periphery of the disk during rotation is overlapped with the range of the adjusted inclination amount necessary for adjusting the inclination of an optical axis relative to a head, and the uppermost end position of the head is positioned under the rotating reference plane of the disk rotating table within the specified deflection amount of the outer periphery of a disk-like recording medium.</p> |
