PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for effectively cooling a magnetic coupling in a fluid machine coupled to a driving source via the magnetic coupling such as a hermetic compressor and a pump device, for treating fluid possibly causing the problem when leaking to an external part. SOLUTION: This magnetic coupling is composed of an outer rotor 32 directly coupled with a driving shaft of the driving source, an outer rotor side magnet 33 arranged in an inner peripheral part, an inner rotor 23 arranged in the outer rotor and installed on a fluid machine side rotary shaft, an inner rotor side magnet 21 arranged around the inner rotor and transmitting driving force to a fluid machine, and a surrounding body 20 arranged between the inner rotor 23 and the outer rotor 32 and surrounding and sealing the fluid machine side rotary shaft including the inner rotor 23 and the inner rotor side magnet 21. An air introducing structure is arranged in the outer rotor 32 for introducing outside air into the outer rotor 32, and cools the surrounding body 20 and the outer rotor side magnet 33.
