PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch strap buckle, which has multiple latch features but has no projections that are likely to getting held up, and can be unlocked easily. SOLUTION: The buckle is composed of a lower board 3a with a latch projection 8 and an upper buckle 20 with a latching feature that a lower lid latch claw 24 pressed by a spring 9 and an upper lid latch claw 28 hold a latch projection 8. A lower lid latch controller 22 and an upper lid latch controller 26, which unlock the latch, are provided at the side. The upper surface is covered with a lower lid cover 23 and upper lid cover 27, which are extended from the position of 22 and 26, in the strap width direction inward. The width between the lower lid latch controller 22 and the upper lid latch controller 26 is almost equal to or less than the width of the watch strap. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
