PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular extroversion instrument which achieves easy extroversion operations in a short time without damaging the blood vessels. SOLUTION: The vascular extroversion instrument has the body 2 of the instrument, a pair of yarn delivery members 3a and 3b provided at one end part of the body 2 of the instrument, a yarn 4 arranged passing through lumens of the yarn delivery member 3a and 3b, a coil spring 5 adapted to apply tension on the yarn 4, a plate spring 6 which energizes the yarn delivery member 3a and 3b to make the tip parts approach each other. As the body 2 of the instrument is moved to the right in the drawing, the yarn delivery members 3a and 3b are so opened as to separate the tip parts thereof from each other and move grasping the end part of a blood vessel 200, so that the wall of the blood vessel 200 at the end part thereof are folded successively toward the right in the drawing, eventually causing the folded part 210 to be extended to the right. The folded part 210 is wound with the yarn 4 delivered from the yarn delivery members 3a and 3b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
