PURPOSE: A process for producing various accessaries such as hair pin, hair clip or hair band, etc. is provided to emit light at night by forming different patterns and shapes on surface of the accessaries with luminous materials. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a number of steps including a first step of processing grooves to form the patterns on surface of sheet body; a second step of introducing luminous material into the grooves; a third step of grinding the surface to close the grooves; a fourth step of forming the prepared material to give preferable shapes of product; a fifth step of dyeing the formed product with color paint; a sixth step of coating the dyed paint not to be dried and/or damaged; and a seventh step of attaching the completed material to accessaries to provide the complete product.
