PURPOSE: A wired and wireless complex research system is provided to perform more efficient research by linking the wired Internet and a wired telephone with the wireless Internet and a wireless telephone. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a research system and a research groupware(20). The research groupware(20) comprises a minutes management part(21) managing a meeting related to a research through a wired and wireless network, a personal schedule management part(22) managing the personal schedule of each staff, a company schedule management part(23) managing a research schedule related to a company, a proposal management part(24) managing a proposal from the staffs, an internal messenger management part(25) managing a real-time messenger program for a research business, an approval document writing and management part(25) for approving the research related business through the online, and an other business management part(27).
