<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early recover from a channel jamming by positively regulating the general call in packets to mobile stations capable of packet communication. <P>SOLUTION: When base station controllers 3A, 3B go into a general call channel jamming state, a regulation notice is given to packet subscriber system processors 1A, 1B. Upon receipt of this notice, the processors 1A, 1B delete packet call signals to the base station controller 3A giving the notice according to a message priority order added to a terminating message by a gateway server apparatus 5, thereby recovering from the general call channel jamming state while the base station controller keeps a passage for messages having higher order priority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
