PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the heating amount from a heater expanding the heating area by transmitting partial heat of the heater near a nip. SOLUTION: In the heating device having a belt 4, a heater 1 fixed and supported inside the belt, and a pressurizing member 5 forming a nip N with the heating body 1, and passing the heat of the heater 1 to a material P by pinching the transmitting together with the belt 4 having the material P to the nip part N, a high heat-conductivity member 3 in contact with the heater 1 is fixed and supported at an inner surface side of the belt, and also, at least one part of the high heat-conductivity member 3 is arranged at the outer side towards the material transmitting direction of the nip part N.
