PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily analyze a sample without in any contact with the sample. SOLUTION: A sample storeroom 11 stores the predetermined sample. A light transmitting channel 12 is a tube constituted of a light transmitting member. For supplying the sample for the light transmitting channel 12, the sample storeroom 11 is connected to one end of the light transmitting channel 12. A low-pressure chamber 13 is in a state plugged by a fuse 15. In the case that the fuse 15 is broken, the sample is made to flow to the light transmitting channel 12 from the sample storeroom 11 by an atmospheric pressure difference from the light transmitting channel 12.
