PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously keep an abnormal servo control valve 39 separated from a control system and to make the servo control valve 39 having recovered from the abnormality reusable. SOLUTION: When the movement of a control member 41 of the servo control valve 39 is inhibited by the adhesion, etc., the operation input A, larger than usual, is applied to a first link 43, and a roller 59 is drawn out of a recess 61a against a spring 63. Accordingly, the first link 43 is separated from the control member 41 to be displaced, and the servo control valve 39 with an abnormality is separated from the control system.
