PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber which provides excellent touch and excellent hand, and imparts pleasant feel to the skin with which the fiber product comes into contact and protect the skin and is safe to sensitive skin and exhibits moisturizing effect to the skin when a consumer wears the fiber product produced from the fiber and having effect for improving chapped skin, etc., by treating the fiber with an amphipathic lipid of the prevent invention. SOLUTION: The fiber treatment agent comprises solid particles having 1-100μm average particle diameter and composed of the amphipathic lipid having hydroxy group(s) and amide group(s) in the molecule thereof.
