PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator for leaving no unburnt substances when burning an incineration object, and generating no toxic substances such as malodor, smoke dust, and dioxin. SOLUTION: This incinerator 11 has at least a primary combustion chamber 12, a secondary combustion chamber 13 for communicating with the primary combustion chamber 12, and an exhaust cylinder 25 for communicating with the secondary combustion chamber 13, and is constituted so that the primary combustion chamber 12 and the secondary combustion chamber 13 are surrounded by fire resistant materials 16 and 22, and have at least a pair of electrodes 17 and 23, and can be filled with prescribed heating elements 18 and 24, and the exhaust cylinder 25 or the primary combustion chamber 12 communicates with a blower 15 or a vacuum pump 32 for exhausting air in the combustion chamber, and is formed as a structure of interposing a filter plate 33 between the secondary combustion chamber 13 and the exhaust cylinder 25.
