According to the present invention, a weight lifting tool comprises: a handle bar including a first male screw thread on an outer circumference surface of both ends; a shaft having a diameter smaller than that of the handle bar and extended from both ends of the handle bar; a hollow rotor equipped with a bearing combined with the shaft and rotating, and including a second male screw thread connected to the first male screw thread on the outer circumference surface; a hollow fixing body including a first female screw thread which can be combined with the first male screw thread and the second male screw thread on the inner circumference surface, moved between the first male screw thread and the second male screw thread by screw thread coupling, and fixing a rotor when the first female screw thread is combined with the first male screw thread and the second male screw thread together; and a weight combined with the rotor to be deviated from the center of the shaft. |
