FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to components composition for vodka. Vodka comprises components taken in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: refined granulated sugar, 24.5-25.5 kg; potato an aqueous-spirituous infusion, 11.5-12.5 l; folic acid, 0.0045-0.0055 kg; an aqueous-spirituous liquid prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and water, the balance. Components used in the proposed composition confer to vodka "Natsionalnaya" mild, harmonic, weak taste tint of common balm conferring froze freshness to vodka aroma that is not specific for neither of components in the composition of drink to be claimed. Therefore, this drink can be referred to vodka of the highest class. EFFECT: expanded assortment of the proposed vodka "Natsionalnaya", enhanced organoleptic properties of vodka and stability of its quality. 3 ex
