One current passing circuit board (21) is constituted by one metal plate (10) in which a continuous current passing pattern (12) that is to be separated in a plurality of current passing patterns is formed, and molded resin (20) in which the metal plate (10) is inserted. The current passing circuit board (21) is pressed to eliminate the unnecessary portions of the above mentioned current patterns (12), thereby the one current passing circuit board (21) is formed in a state where the current passing pattern (12) continuously formed is separated in the normal forms.
