LASER LIGHT DETECTION MECHANISM OF ELECTRONIC PHOTOGRAPH PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable printing quality on an electronic photography printer by cleaning stain attached on a mirror during laser intensity measurement and detecting an accurate laser intensity. SOLUTION: The optical system is provided with a laser light emitting mechanism part which emits laser light on the basis of printing data, a photosensor which detects the intensity of laser light outputted from the laser light emitting mechanism part, a mirror for making the laser light incident on the photosensor, such a driving source as a motor which moves the mirror to form a laser light path to the photosensor when the laser light intensity is measured. The optical system is characterized in that such a cleaning member as felt for the reflection face of the mirror is provided at the position opposite to the reflection face of the mirror.
