<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plan changing method, planning device, a computer program, and a recording medium capable of heightening the energy utilization efficiency in case various power loads and thermal loads are to be put in operation by the operation using the electric power chiefly and the thermal energy as sub-power based on the co-generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The demand showing the total amount of the thermal energy necessary for various thermal loads HL planned to be put in operation according to the original operating plan scheduled previously is determined (S3), and the thermal energy estimated to be supplied in association with the operation of electric power loads EL is determined as the supply of the thermal energy (S4). The demand and supply are compared in each time zone (S5), and when it is judged that a plurality of thermal loads HL are planned to be operated in the time zone having an excessive demand (S7: Y) in case such a time zone with excessive demand and a time zone having an excessive supply exist (S6: Y), an alternative plan is prepared to change the operating time zone of part of the thermal loads HL to the time zone having excessive supply (S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
